2001 Dan Tuttle 230" Hardtail Dragster

$28,950 Turn-Key, ready to race

This dragster was built by Dan Tuttle of Weiser, Idaho in 2001. I obtained the dragster from the first purchaser in November 2003 in basically new condition and have raced it for the past 20 years, mainly at Woodburn Dragstrip.

It is time for me to retire and I am looking for a new home for this dragster!

This dragster is a proven winner with one track championship, one runner-up championship, numerous qualifications for "Team Woodburn" at the Division 6 E.T. finals where there was a top 5 finish and a 3rd place in the Gamblers Race.

It has been extremely well maintained mechanically with only new replacement/maintenance parts used.

Dragster is "Turn-key" with all certifications through the end of 2023 (seat belts expire 12/23)

Currently car fits me at 6"4" and 245 lbs. but can be adjusted for shorter driver

I normally run this dragster launching at 4400 rpm, on the throttle stop (2.5 seconds) which is set for mid 8 seconds at 166 mph
